Get ready #DeviousArmy, the third season of Marc Cherry‘s saucy, Latina flavored comedic drama – aka my favorite show – Devious Maids is coming back on June 1st. The show’s network, Lifetime Television, officially made the announcement at the end of March. The show will be moving from its Sunday evening time-slot to Monday nights.
Desperate Housewives staple Eva Longoria will continue executive producing the series with new cast additions Naya Rivera, Nathan Owens, Cristián de la Fuente and the recently announced Justina Machado present. Not returning for a full season, Edy Ganem – sadly – and Drew Van Acker are slated to make guest appearances but will not be series regulars – similar to Brianna Brown‘s reduction to a brief cameo in season two. Speaking of Brown, who is returning as a series regular for the new season, photos have been shared from the actress’s twitter account revealing a peek at what we can expect from the third round of Devious Maids, above.
Fans of the series and Naya Rivera alike have been dying to get a glimpse of the starlet on set and a photo has finally leaked, above. As you can see, the former Glee regular is cleverly concealing her off-camera pregnancy. With all of the excitement constantly coming from the social media accounts of the show and its cast, I’m counting down the days until June and season three of Devious Maids come back. As you can see in the official promotional picture for the upcoming offering up-top, it’s going to be a hot summer.
