Threadsmiths, a clothing technology company based in Melbourne, Australia that is, “pioneering a new era of nano-tech integrated apparel,” is gaining increasing global media attention for creating a series of t-shirts that can resist the absorption of liquid using integrated hydrophobic nano-technology.
The video, above, showcases the impressive ability of their lead offering, “The Cavalier,” as it easily deflects red wine, sriracha chili paste and dirt. “We are not just building a clothing label, but creating an industry that no one has ever seen before,” the company has said of their budding innovative empire.
I wouldn’t mind trying one of these out at a paint party. 🙂
