Danish artist Uwe Max Jensen recently painted a portrait of Kim Kardashian‘s notorious winter 2014 Paper Magazine Cover. However, what particularly makes this rendering noteworthy isn’t the work of art or it’s subject. What makes Jensen’s work particularly unique is that the painter used his penis as a brush to compose the piece.

Yes. Uwe Max Jensen, above, composed this piece with his piece.

He told The Daily Dot that the process is done as he holds his tool in its flaccid state, dipping it in the paint as one would with a paintbrush, using it on the canvas he’s holding with his other hand. He was quoted in the Copenhagen Post saying that it’s all possible because, “If one is ill-equipped, it is difficult to reproduce the small details. But if one is well-endowed, it is easier to produce a better painting.”

Jensen chose Kardashian’s infamous magazine cover because he sees her as “a sort of Marilyn Monroe of this decade.” He then said his work was inspired by Andy Warhol but different because, “Warhol used a mechanical technique, and I used an organic technique.”
